1. Payment
Payment is due on the date shown on the invoice. Click Quick reserves the right to require prepayment for any hardware, software, or services prior to supply or commencement of work.
2. Labour Charges
Labour charges for work completed may be invoiced on a weekly basis at Click Quick's discretion. Payment is due on the date shown on the invoice. Click Quick reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work should a labour invoice remain unpaid by its due date.
3. Overdue Accounts
Overdue accounts may incur an administration fee and will be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery. You will be liable for all associated debt collection and legal costs. The debt collection agency may share default information with third parties, including credit reporting companies, and may register a credit default against you accordingly.
4. Retention of Title
All goods supplied by Click Quick remain the property of Click Quick until payment has been made in full. Click Quick reserves the right to register a charge on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) against any unpaid goods in accordance with the Personal Property Securities Act 1999.
5. Limitation of Liability
Click Quick will endeavour to provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the extent permitted by law:
• Click Quick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the provision of, or failure to provide, services or goods.
• Click Quick's total liability to you in connection with any services or goods provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those specific services or goods.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights apply.
• Where services are supplied for business purposes, the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Click Quick strongly recommends that all clients maintain up-to-date data backups. Click Quick accepts no liability for any data loss that may occur during the course of providing services.
6. Privacy Statement

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
